Through shamanic sound journeys, guided meditation, and connection with nature, we’ll open space to listen deeply, to ourselves, to one another, and to the quiet rhythm of the earth.
Together, we’ll share in a circle of reflection and intention, grounding our hopes and dreams for the new year. Then, in a mindful creative ritual, you’ll either hand-stitch or weave a deeply personal piece of fabric. This could be a small bag to safely hold your precious items, a circular handwoven mat for a special space in your home, a scarf, a mini altar cloth, prayer flags, or maybe you have an item of clothing you wish to imbue with a new lease of life for the year ahead.
