October's Super Moon is the first of 2025. A supermoon occurs when a full moon coincides with the Moon's closest approach to Earth in its orbit. This makes the full moon appear larger and brighter than usual.
There will be an opportunity before and after the Sound Spa to discover and sample Nutrii Ceylon – a collection of Ayurvedic teas thoughtfully crafted with nature’s finest ingredients, sustainably sourced from Sri Lanka (Ceylon), the island home of extraordinary herbal traditions. Founded by Lakmini and Pri, whose passion for holistic healing was ignited through their work at Amaya Ayurvedic Spa in Amersham in 2019, Nutrii Ceylon brings the essence of Ayurveda into every cup.
