About The Event
As the light begins to soften and the day draws toward evening, we gather for our annual Summer Solstice Evening Sound Spa. Inviting you to pause at the midpoint of the year, to reflect on what has gone before, to notice this moment and plant intentions for the months ahead.
With Guide meditation, solstice rituals, connecting with the land, the elements, and the turning of the seasonal wheel. Followed by lying under the sky to bathe in the healing sounds from gongs, bowls, and other instruments, which weave with the evening birdsong and the changing light, creating a rich, immersive soundscape.
This is a moment to pause at the peak, acknowledging what is fully alive, abundant, and present, while gently listening for what may begin to shift as the year slowly turns again.
