About The Event
As the sun begins to set over the Chilterns, the natural world shifts into its evening song. We begin on our feet, grounding into the earth, moving gently through the young woodland and meadow, awakening our senses to the living, breathing world around us. Then we lie down and rest in a deeply relaxing Sound Spa surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature.
