About The Event
We’ll begin by setting our intentions and wishes for the year ahead. Then you’ll rest in sound and stillness, as the gong carries you inwards.
“Ring out the old, ring in the new.” Alfred, Lord Tennyson, In Memoriam, 1850.
What to expect
Community event: A gentle larger group experience to turn inward, unwind, and let the sound do the work.
What is a Sound Spa?
A Sound Spa, also known as a Gong Bath or Sound Bath, is a powerful and immersive meditation experience that invites you into deep relaxation and peace. The soothing vibrations of the gongs help release emotional and energetic blockages, promoting healing on a cellular level and enhancing your overall wellbeing.
