Rose invites us to soften, open, and receive. As the steady rhythm of the drum guides us into a journey state, the rose works quietly through the heart and nervous system, supporting relaxation, emotional openness, and a sense of safety.
We’ll drink rose tea together, consciously infusing ourselves with the qualities of the rose, connect with the beauty of rose quartz, before lying back to be carried by the rhythm of the drum to journey. You’ll be guided into a shamanic sound journey to meet guides, power animals and inner heart wisdom.
