A Little Bit Witchy…

Welcome to A Little Bit Witchy, a women’s circle dedicated to helping you explore your inner Wild Woman - you know her; she’s thrumming through you on your best day and she’s the voice inside you that guides you on your worst. She’s confident, thriving and fun. She knows how-to live-in harmony with the earth, she trusts herself and she joyfully provides for herself and others. She’s you.

Step out of the every day into ritual – the place of in-between where the magic happens. We’ll sit in a circle, move our bodies, listen to stories, and search our souls. Some gatherings may include crafting, making and greenwitchery others might include dreaming, blessing and dancing. Whatever happens, please expect to have a playful and profound time. You may build and honour deep connections with yourself, each other and the planet.

A Little Bit Witchy aims to leave you inspired, more alive to your own magic and with a twinkle in your eye. Warning: it really is a little bit witchy.

We’ll be gathering together outside,  with some space if the weather requires us to take cover. Please bring items to be comfortable outdoors.

About Deborah and Charlotte

Deborah - The Chiltern Sound Spa

Deborah lives in the Chilterns with her family and dog. With a background in design and social innovation, she established the social design agency thinkpublic after her volunteering experience at Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital. Witnessing the positive impact of simple design changes on patient and staff experience across the NHS, she became motivated to tackle global health and wellness challenges in creative ways throughout her career. During the lockdown, she launched the Sound Asleep Club to assist individuals in maintaining their mental wellbeing and getting quality sleep.

Deborah has received training as a sound practitioner, sacred cacao ceremony facilitator, and forest bathing guide inspired by her shamanic work. In early 2018, she founded The Chiltern Sound Spa on the Blue Moon with the goal of offering a broad range of practices that promote mindful wellbeing. Currently, she is pursuing a diploma in sacred shamanic drumming and journeying.

Deborah's registered with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

Charlotte - Actor, writer and yoga teacher

Charlotte trained as a ritualist with priestess and master yoga-teacher Sianna Sherman. She has received, taken part in, and created many ceremonies over the years with many wise women: Leila Sadeghee; Bridget Luff; Tanja Mickwitz; Hannah Muse; Uma Dinsmore-Tuli; Vanina Deak; Carolyn Hillyer and soon Isla McLeod. She explores shamanic-dreaming practice with her teachers Manda Scott and Louise Mayer. Her yoga teaching includes the deep relaxation practice, Yoga Nīdra.

Charlotte is inspired by the yoga tradition, mythopoetics, the Celtic Wheel of the Year, the natural world and the humour in everyday life.

Charlotte also holds smaller monthly women’s circles in her private home and is delighted to be able to share the joy of intentional sisterhood on a more expansive and expressive scale with Deborah. I hope to see you across the circle soon.
