Where is my gift voucher?
Your gift voucher will be emailed to you or the person you have sent it to, please check your junk, as it may go there even if your receipt comes to your main email account.
How do I redeem my gift voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher, simply choose what event you wish to book. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter your unique gift card code.
How long do I have to use my gift voucher?
All gift vouchers a valid for 24 months after the purchase date.
What happens if my voucher is worth more than the event I'm booking?
If you don't use the whole value of your gift voucher, the remaining amount can be used another time.
